Should any problems occur, we first try to help you by phone or by using our Remote tools.If the problem cannot be solved remotely, we will come to your premises at a prearranged time (usually within 2-4 working hours) to undertake the necessary repair work.A monthly record is sent to you listing the IT maintenance works that has been carried out during the period.
